Kundalini Yoga: Semi-Private Instruction

Service Description

We offer social distanced, small group instruction in Kundalini yoga, meditation and breath-work. This service is for people who have small family or friend pods that would like to learn and practice together. These semi-private classes are held in your own space or in a private or public outdoor setting. The instructor comes to you.
